We purchased a whole smoked pig for our wedding and it tasted amazing!

Awesome food, we got many compliments on the quality of our wedding dinner. We choose to have Porteus BBQ cater an entire pig, baked beans, and potato salad. We supplemented our own tossed salad and rolls. They were very busy following up to our wedding and we had a little trouble getting a hold of them via phone, however they did respond quickly to email and this was explained as they were without good cell service for a week. They make wonderful food and are very kind, informative and helpful people.
