I've known Lexi since I was little and she does an amazing job in hair and makeup!

After sitting in chair, told someone in trading and would be working on me. Person I went to see worked on someone else while she coached trainee on my color. It took longer as she had to keep coming back to check the work. I was also in another chair besides her regular chair so person could be trained. Not told of this ahead of time.

I was well prepared to spend a good $150.00 for what was done and tip. That's what cost at my regular salon.
At POSH it was over $280.00.
Never again.
I found out high prices due to money available spend in location and everything a la carte. Your hairdresser like a restaurant, all a la carte which is more expensive.
Other salons if having more than 1 item done, group it...so MUCH cheaper for exact same thing. For haircut, color and highlights, I get amazing job done for $120.00. No more POSH for my wallet.
Lesson learned.

Over double at POSH....for exact same thing.
Several own POSH, including a doctor. Place does need remodeling....plus several of us had to put up with bad hot water tank. While several getting hair rinsed, water went from scalding hot to ice cold over and over. It really needs cleaned up or remodeled.
Due to high a la carte prices won't be back. Others have complained of high prices also.
I get nails done also much less expensive over off Maple leaf Drive...just off Man O War.
Cost doesn't make how good service you get.
Prices set by owners. If you'll pay, they'll keep it high.
My score doesn't reflect job, just cost and not told ahead trainee working on me.

I wouldn't recommend this salon. Each hairstyle cost around $75 with tip included and my curls in my hairstyle fell out by the time I arrived at my church. My maid of honor's sister had to recurl my hair. I was so lucky she did or else it would have been horrible! My maid of honor's mother called numerous times to complain about the quality and overpriced hairstyles, but Posh Salon refused to offer any credits. I won't go there for anything again.
