Helpful initial phone call to go over details and plans and what to expect. They use a couple different questionnaires throughout the process to help convey your preferences to them. One videographer could not make it because of covid, but the other one was nice and got great footage, and they helped to try and compensate for that. Video took longer than anticipated to get but definitely worth it for the final product. Great customer service and communicated well. We loved the video ALOT and are really grateful we went with this vendor. The professional editing services are truly top notch. They captured the day and the feelings of the day beautifully and we are grateful for that.

I cannot believe how perfectly our videos turned out. They captured all of the key moments (including vows and speeches) without us even giving them any direction to do so. The music and timing of the videos makes it an unreal production quality, and we have gotten so many compliments on the films. We posted the teaser on social media, and gifted the documentary via Motion Books for Christmas. We have gotten so many compliments on these.
