About
Located in Seattle, Washington and traveling all over the PNW, we are a team of passionate party people dedicated to helping you create an experience that you’ll cherish forever. When it comes to weddings, there is so much pressure from the outside to stick with traditions and do things the way they’ve always been done. We don’t believe in doing things “just because.” Instead, we tune out the noise and focus on creating a day that feels like you, revolves around you, and belongs to you.
Because your love is something worth celebrating!

Megan is lead coordinator and second in command at Sage Event Co. Born with a passion for organizing, planning, and design, wedding coordination and planning were the natural career move for her. Megan’s work ethos perfectly reflects the Sage Event Co mission–making every wedding a direct reflection of the couple’s personalities in an intentional and meaningful way (and giving a huge ‘F NO’ to the traditions and expectations that don’t fit in with our couples vision for their big day). When you’re working with Megan on your wedding, you can expect her to step in and fix stressful situations before you even knew they were happening–she’s just that good.
Aside from being an incredible event planner and coordinator, Megan is a houseplant lover, mimosa drinker, and dog mom who graduated from WSU (go Cougs!) with a degree in strategic communications

Katelynn is a passionate wedding planner and coordinator who started out just like all great entrepreneurs do–with no clue what to do with her life. After interning at a few local wedding coordination companies and receiving her AA in Hospitality Management and Business, she ended up stumbling into her dream business through her position at Sage Event Co. She loves wedding coordination because it’s equal parts creativity and organization. In fact, she’s just as excited about executing the perfect wedding day as she is entering all of the information about said wedding day into a spreadsheet later (and she doesn’t care if that makes her weird, thank you very much).
Outside of work you can find her binge-ing her favorite podcasts (current obsessions are Giggly Squad and My Favorite Murder), having a kitchen dance party with her two kids (both under the age of 5), caring for her diabetic Yorkie (basically a third kid), and not sleeping because she has two toddlers and a diabetic Yorkie
