My wife and I work for a cruise line as entertainers. Because we live on a ship 7 months at a time, we needed a wedding planner because our time in Ontario was limited. We searched the internet while on board and wrote 3 companies. Natalie Faria was quick to respond, took an active interest, and we knew we found the right wedding planner for us.
She listened to our requests and we had a venue for the ceremony and reception in no time. Natalie's client-first attitude made the almost overwhelming task of creating a memorable wedding easy. When vendors tried to inflate charges, she really went to bat for us. The most impressive incident actually happened AFTER the wedding. She had already received all of her compensation from us, and the caterer claimed we had broken the cupcake/cake stand. The only time we touched the cupcake stand was to remove the remaining cupcakes and put them in a container. We never moved or handled the cupcake stand. The caterer claimed we picked it up and had broken it. After we informed Natalie, she immediately took our side and dealt with the caterers. Even though her job was technically finished, she kept working for us. If you hire Natalie, she will deliver!!

I loved working with Natalie! We used her as our day of wedding coordinator and really wished we had found her before planning started and used her full wedding planning services.

We received her name when asking others for a recommendation and made an appointment soon after. At this appointment she was very organized and had an easy-going way about her. We quickly decided to go with her as we thought she would make a great addition to our wedding.

We met a couple of weeks before our wedding for our final meeting (would have liked to have met up sooner but this is what happens when you get married in January and neither of us could find time to meet up sooner during the Christmas rush) and she was very thorough with everything. She had super suggestions and helped me figure things out that I had not thought of before.

On our wedding day Natalie and her assistant were running around making sure everything was perfect. When I arrived she took me around to see the ceremony and reception decor and pointed out things that she wasn't sure of and took care of anything I asked. For example, she noticed that the ribbon on my centerpieces was a turquoise colour and not the navy I wanted so she went around and took them all off so they would work with the rest of the decor. Before the ceremony she made sure everyone was ready and kept me up to date on what was happening - she even made sure I received a glass of wine while waiting.

I don't recall seeing her much during or after the reception but that means that she was busy doing her job and making sure everything was done smoothly. At the end of the night even the catering manager came out to me and said he loved working with her and hopes to work with her again.

I would definitely recommend Natalie Faria of Punch Wedding & Event Co. She was fantastic!
