I worked with Quails for suits for myself and my groomsmen. When all was said and done, we had great suits for a good price and it all worked out, but getting there was not without a few (unnecessary) headaches.

The people at Quails in Freehold are very friendly and always willing to help, however they have a very dated and unorganized system of tracking things. Any changes or added information was all done on a single sheet of paper. Things were scribbled out, erased, written over... by the end of this, I don't know how any information was kept. It ultimately became my responsibility to provide the receipts of what I paid for because they continued to not be able to find them. They waited for me to call them to find out when the suits were in rather than calling as soon as they arrived. It was poor communication and organization on their part through the entire process.

However, in terms of the product, the suits all looked good and fit well for all of the groomsmen. From that end, I certainly have no complaints.

I wasnt very happy with this company. We started the process like 4 months before our wedding and can you imagine my husband did not receive his tux until a few days before the wedding. Apparently someone went on vacation so the tuxs werent ordered. The store received the tux a week before the wedding and even then a lot of the tux's werent fitted correctly. The girls working there sooooo unprofessional sitting on top of the counters on their cellphones with their feet up.. instead of helping out the people in the store.

I won't go back because of Lydia, the manager

I want to be clear I am a return customer because of Dominic and would have continued to be a customer had it not been for my experience with Lydia the manager. I see the negative comments and understand that good customer service comes first and starts at the top, that means management.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Lydia on 3 different occasions all of which she said that she would call me back and never did. So I've had to call 4 times to follow up on my question. How are you going to make sure your staff does these very simple tasks, if you can't do it yourself? She also has no customer sense as she would repeatedly talk over me on the phone. I couldn't get out a sentence without her cutting me off, very rude!

I won't step foot in here again unless it's to say hi to Dominic. I will be buying my next round of wool suits upstairs next time because of poor treatment from a manager. If I owned this store I'd make a swift decision to remove her as quickly as possible. It's clear she is part of the problem, not the solution.
