Quick Fix is honestly the best place for alterations in Houston. Not only do they do a FANTASTIC, high quality job but the service is always beyond OUTSTANDING. The professionalism and kindness of the staff each time we have visited, is seriously the best. They are so friendly and make you feel so welcomed every time. Joe, Karina and every single staff member have always gone above and beyond for us. I wouldn't go any where else for my alteration needs. They made my wedding dress fit like a dream, and also did a great job on my husband's suit and shirt for our wedding. We are currently expecting, and I needed some alterations done to my maternity gowns - and even though Quick Fix is not the closest alteration place to us, we choose and will continue to choose to drive out almost an hour to them. They are the only place I trust with my alterations - and the only ones I EVER recommend to my family and friends.

My husband and I have nothing but nice things to say about the Quick Fix team. They altered both my dress and his suit for our wedding and everything turned out perfectly. I purchased a J. Crew dress online and couldn't even tell what it really looked like on because it was so wrinkled and didn't fit me properly. The guys at Quick Fix were able to fit me in the same day I called and got right to work pinning and even steaming the dress. They spent a lot of time over the course of several fittings and listened to my every concern. The dress and suit were altered with perfection and we had such a great time with the team every time we went in. My husband has used them several times since then and has been very satisfied. Quick Fix was recommended by a fellow bride. Their standout quality is customer service. Joe and Rob were extremely friendly and welcoming, and were a pleasure to work with. I had a total of 7 fittings, which is a bit more than I would prefer due to time constraints, but their policy is that they would do everything they needed in order to get it right. They were also crystal clear on their estimate, communicating that if there were to be any changes they would let me know before any work would be done (my estimate was the actual cost, in my case). Their pricing was also superb, roughly half the cost than if I had gotten it done at where I purchased by gown (Weddings by Debbie). At the end of the day, their commitment to quality and the great price point outweighed my preference for efficiency (who knows...it might have taken 7 fittings at a specialty gown place as well). Highly recommend and now a loyal customer for future tailoring needs!
