About

On WeddingWire since 2024

Rabbi Noyo is a wedding officiant based in Boston, dedicated to designing inclusive and meaningful wedding ceremonies for couples of all backgrounds. Rabbi Sarah Noyovitz, or Rabbi Noyo as many know her, believes that every couple deserves to feel supported and celebrated on their wedding day, whether they're planning a ceremony that is religious, non-religious ceremony, or interfaith. Her talent lies in curating experiences that reflect all the beliefs and traditions that are important to a couple and their families, resulting in a ceremony that makes everyone feel seen and understood.

Services Offered

Rabbi Noyo works with couples throughout the Boston area and beyond. She understands that there are many Jewish wedding rituals to consider including or not, so she always guides her clients through the many options available to them and explains each one. Her services include resources for obtaining ritual items such as a chuppah or smash glass, checking the ketubah text for couples who have one, and detailed follow up emails.

Rabbi Noyo welcomes any opportunity to include non-traditional elements in wedding ceremonies, including rituals from another faith background, alternatives to the traditional Jewish rituals, and adaptation or exclusion of God-language.

Rabbi Noyo happily officiates events on Shabbat/Saturday and any day of the week. She supports interfaith/multifaith couples and is open to co-officiation if clients would like representation from two clergy people. She is queer and nonbinary herself and loves to work with queer couples. She affirms and supports poly folks and can create a ceremony that honors a whole polycule. She knows that Jews come in all colors, genders, and backgrounds, and will make sure every couple feels supported and cared for throughout the whole process.

Non-religious or secular weddings and unity ceremonies can also be arranged for a lesser fee. Rabbi Noyo firmly believes that finances should not be a barrier to joy, so couples should be in touch with her to discuss their needs.

Rabbi Noyo also does baby namings, b'nei mitzvah services, conversions, funerals, and unveilings. She also creates rituals for queer transitional moments, such as marking a gender affirmation surgery or name change. She looks forward to helping many more couples and families make their life cycle events special!

A perfect day!

Rabbi Noyo led our wedding service with humor, compassion and energy! In planning our ceremony, Sara did a wonderful job connecting with us and our families. She made certain that our family members held special roles in the ceremony. During the service, she shared touching comments that related to our one on one sessions and shared them with our guests in a moving way. There were tears and there was laughter! She has a unique way of connecting with everyone she encounters. Rabbi Noyo has an uplifting spirit and was able to “go with the flow” on our special day. If you want an officiant that cares deeply, touches your heart, and performs at the highest level, you should ask Rabbi Noyo to lead your ceremony.
