About
On WeddingWire since 2018
A former functioning spice factory in Brooklyn, New York, Radegast Hall & Biergarden has been open since 2007 as a rustic wedding event location. Perfect for ceremonies, receptions, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, elopements, and bridal showers, the outdoor and indoor event spaces offer a warm, non-traditional setting to celebrate with family and friends.
Facilities and Capacity
For couples who are holding larger weddings, usage of the main hall includes the front bar and courtyard, which can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests. A wonderful rustic space with exposed beams, hardwood floors, and an extensive bar, this location is beautifully situated for a ceremony and reception. The Bier Haus is located in the back room, and features communal seating, grill access, a separate bar, and vaulted ceilings. The brick-lined walls can hold up to 125 people and includes a separate entrance, or the space can be used as an addition to the main hall area. There is also on-site parking for guests, as well as wheelchair access.
Services Offered
The staff at Radegast Hall & Biergarden, having hosted many weddings at the location, are capable of assisting in the set up and clean up for wedding events. Their in-house bar, catering team, and event rentals are also ideal pairings for a wedding celebration. Couples can use the venue’s audio equipment, chairs, dance floor, lighting, and tables to enhance the event space. The in-house catering team can provide delicious hors d’oeuvres for a cocktail reception as well as buffet, stations, or family-style reception dinners. Couples should feel free to bring in their own outside cake from their favorite bakery, but are welcome to use the venue’s barware, flatware, china, and glassware. For bar services, the venue offers the usage of their professional bartenders, who can serve guests from a cash, limited, or open bar. With their liquor license, the bar can accommodate:
- House beer, wine, and liquor
- Premium liquor
- Specialty beer and wine
- Signature drink
- Champagne toast
- Woman-owned

My role as general manager includes handling all events here, I am in love with this venue which makes booking events so much easier. It is truly gratifying knowing I am a part of someone's forever memories. We are not your typical traditional wedding venue with long wooden tables and beautiful brick walls but who wants typical anymore?
