I have never seen wedding videos like theirs. They are truly pieces of art and so unique. I couldn’t recommend them more. There was a bit of a delay on receiving the videos but Ricardo always let me know before I had to ask that it was taking a little longer and it was absolutely worth the wait.

This review is long overdue, as we got married at Moon Palace in Cancun in April 2013. We were recently looking at our wedding photos and video, and they brought back a lot of great memories - Reelove captured many of those memories perfectly.

We spent several weeks considering which cinematographer to use, including those that were located in Cancun. However, we decided to go with Reelove based on the videos we saw online. Because Reelove is located in Monterrey, we paid the additional cost of flying them to Cancun and got them a couple of nights at our resort - it was well worth it.

Ricardo and Angel were wonderful to work with. Once they arrived at the resort, they spent time in getting to know us, and that helped them create the beautiful end product. They also worked very well with our photographers from Del Sol, and they somehow managed to stay out of each other's way!

Ricardo edited all of the day's footage, from getting ready until the end of the reception, into a 20-minute video. Everyone who has seen it has said that they've never seen like it before. It tells a beautiful story in several acts. Even the soundtrack (chosen entirely by Ricardo) is perfect. We even paid an additional fee to receive the raw footage, but the true value is in the edited video which showcases Ricardo's artistry.

The only criticism was that there was some delay in receiving the video, but this was due to some technical difficulties that Ricardo had with the data on his hard drive. However, Ricardo always tried to keep us updated on the situation and the reasons for the delay.

Reelove was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommend them!

We had our wedding early in 2015 in Mexico. It is now July 2016 and we have still not received anything from them. We email them every four weeks. They always tell us it's finished just give us a few weeks until we can post it. They are very slow on replying to our emails. We paid them 5500 USD they turned up two hours late. I would not recommend these guys for your wedding day. I feel cheated from Reelove.
