First trip to Mexico for my 40th Bday & our Anniversary...& it was 10 out of 10! I had my heart set on this one resort and room, Impression Moxche by Secrets. There was only 1 room left, Jessica reached out and secured, got us incredible first class flights with perfect flight times (even got us a direct from Detroit!!!) She reached out to the hotel to make sure they knew about all our celebrations! Even made very thoughtful recommendations including taking a private transfer OMG I'm so thankful she said this, it was so relaxing and comforting having our own air conditioned private SUV. We hadn't traveled internationally in awhile, not only walked us through steps of customs & immigration but even got us a map of the airport, as soon as we landed easy breezy & we were off to enjoy an amazing & relaxing vacation, thank you Jessica!!!!
