Rev. Scott Monroe is a wedding officiant based out of Ashtabula, Ohio. Pastor Scott can help you create any kind of wedding ceremony that you desire to celebrate. He has a meticulous attention to detail and will meet with you five days before the wedding to make sure everything is just right for your ceremony. As well as officiant services, Pastor Scott can provide pre-marriage counseling to become better acquainted with you and to get a firm idea of who you are as a couple.

Rev. Scott Monroe is licensed to serve couples throughout the states of Ohio and Pensylvania, and his ceremonies can last anywhere from under 30 minutes to over an hour. He provides services for non-religious ceremonies, interfaith ceremonies, vow renewals, civil unions, and single religion ceremonies, and is able to officiate ceremonies for couples of several faiths, including Anglican, Baptist, Catholic, Episcopalian, Evangelical, Jewish, Lutheran, Methodist, Mormon, Orthodox Christian, and Presbyterian, as well as for nondenominational ceremonies.
