INSANE, AMAZING, LIFE CHANGING and NEEDED WITHOUT A DOUBT. My now husband and I booked our wedding and quickly booked all the major vendors including the florist/band/dj/photographer etc. The majority of which we had ready to go on speed-dial and others we had already inquired about. After booking the major things, as a bride I knew there was one major thing missing; a day-of wedding planner. I am a super indecisive person and when it comes to the flow of things I second guess myself a lot. I decided I NEEDED someone to help hold my hand through this process. I called up Yasemin after seeing her company as a preferred vendor on our venue’s site. INSTANTLY I was hooked - without knowing if we would hire her team or not, Yasemin did not hold back any details. She went through every single thing her team would be providing to us and what the day of flow was like. This intro call lasted a good hour as she was patient and answered every single one of my questions. I got off the phone with her and felt such excitement and relief; half the things she mentioned to me I didn’t even know were involved in the wedding planning process. I could not have booked her more quickly after that call. Yasemin informed me that I would be working specifically with Noelle who would handle all of my day of needs and would be working with me two months prior as well. NOELLE IS A STAR! She was on top of every single thing and was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Without Noelle, I don’t know how I would have felt 2 months leading up to the wedding, but with her I felt at ease and stress-free, she created a timeline of every single possible thing that will happen day of to ensure all went smoothly and it absolutely did, if anything came of concern she handled it and asked me to please let her take the reigns and handle any back and forth this way I was stress free, Noelle made sure to book finale meetings with each vendor to ensure everyone was on the same page and she gave all direction, she truly is a dream come true for a bride. The day of my wedding came around, and Gabby entered the picture as the second planner working alongside Noelle for the day. MY GOSH WHAT A GIFT WE WERE GIVEN - my husband left his wedding day shoes at the hotel and Gabby did not want anyone in the family to stress out so she got in her own car and drove to the hotel to retrieve his shoes. I can go on and on about how amazing Noelle and Gabby were but I will leave it at this - every single person approached me saying I was “the calmest, most stress free, unnerved bride ever, and how is that possible”. It was simply because I knew I had Noelle holding my hand and making sure everything was perfect from the second I met her on day 1, and for Gabby to gift us with her presence truly exceeded expectations. Hire this team without a thought and your wedding day will be PERFECT!

I can't say enough good things about the Reveled team! We hired them for our wedding this past December and they are the reason our day turned out to be the perfect day that it did. They went above and beyond for us. And somehow worked magic to pull off some of the things they did. Everyone on the team is WONDERFUL and so much fun to be around. I now recommend them to anyone and everyone getting married. You WILL NOT be disappointed. They are worth every penny and more.

If you are even remotely thinking about using a wedding coordinator and hiring Reveled, take this as your sign to do so immediately. My now husband and I hired Reveled with about four weeks left before our wedding at Crystal Plaza, in Livingston, NJ. We had handled wedding planning ourselves up to that point – namely we had already booked our vendors, the venue, sent invites etc. When we hired Reveled, we were only really looking for day-of-coordinator services and assistance in crafting a timeline – or so we thought. Instead, when we hired Reveled, and our absolutely amazing coordinator Noelle, we got so much more than we had even realized we needed.
First, from the minute we hired Reveled, Noelle scheduled a meeting with us so we could discuss our ideas and vision for the day. After that, we provided her with the contact information for our vendors, and she took over communication with them. She scheduled and planned all our final meetings with our vendors, ensured that the vendors understood what we wanted from them and when, and got everyone on the same page. From the minute we began working with her, Noelle made our lives a million times easier, and I cannot recommend her and Reveled highly enough.
As she coordinated the final meetings with the vendors, she also created a timeline for the day. In addition to scheduling the obvious activities like hair and makeup, Noelle prepared a detailed packing list of things that my self and my husband would need to bring with us to the venue, planned what photos and video coverage we would be taking based on the timing of the vendors arrival, made sure that we had ample time for our first look and photos, built in time to bustle my dress after the ceremony, and even was able to handle distribution of our vendor tips. In sum, she made every aspect of the planning and day of easier and better from the minute we hired her to the end of our wedding day.
Just as important as her skill in planning the wedding, managing day-of activities, and wrangling the vendors, is what an absolute dream she is to work with in person. On the day of the wedding, Noelle and her assistant, Nicollette, walked into our venue, Crystal Plaza, like an extraordinarily efficient ray of sunshine. They both were so sweet, kind, funny, and did wonders for easing our nerves on the big day. Somehow, Noelle had what can only be described as a bridal utility belt, containing everything from hairspray to bobby pins, to static guard to some magical device that they used to pin up my bustle after some of the buttons broke while I danced the night away. Noelle helped me get dressed, impressed our family and friends, worked well with the venue staff, made sure all our vendors did what they needed to do when they needed to do it, and did it all with the most genuine smile on her face. And Nicolette, her amazing assistant, spent most of the day with my husband and the groomsmen, and they all raved that she was fun, excited, and a pleasure to work with.
While Noelle had already worked at Crystal Plaza several times, I have absolutely every confidence that she would be able to create an amazing experience at literally any venue. But because she had already worked there, she was already familiar with the space and the staff, which helped the day flow so smoothly. I feel like my husband and I have heard so many horror stories of wedding days gone wrong. However, thanks to Noelle, Nicolette, and Reveled, our wedding day went without hiccup. From our perspective, it was everything we dreamed of and more, and I cannot think of a single thing I would have changed except for hiring Reveled earlier than we did.
My husband and I cannot recommend this wedding vendor enough, and Noelle and Nicolette, in particular. They were amazing at every step of the way – I am an incredibly detail oriented, Type A person, and Reveled was amazing to work with, never making it seem like I was bothering them or annoying them with any of the million questions I had along the way. Reveled is absolutely the best in the business, and they’ll have our support, recognition, and business for any other big events forever!!!
