Rhythm Factory is a vibrant banquet hall wedding venue located in Jacksonville, Florida. This contemporary event complex and dance studio offers a distinctive, customizable setting for your special day's celebrations. In addition to weddings, this venue hosts events such as baby showers, birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and dinner parties. This event space is conveniently located at the Regency Square Mall, with plenty of options for overnight accommodation just a short distance away.
Facilities and Capacity
Rhythm Factory offers 10,000 square feet of event space that couples can personalize and make their own. The Soprano Room is an intimate, modern space adorned with chandeliers and recessed lighting, offering two private get-ready spaces. Here, you will find makeup stations, clothes racks, full-length mirrors, and comfortable seating where you can spend time with your nearest and dearest. There are two luxurious banquet rooms to accommodate you and your guests: the Tenor Room, and the Alto Room. The Tenor Room is the largest of the rooms with top-quality audio equipment and gorgeous wooden floors. This room has a maximum capacity of 150 guests and offers plenty of space for a stage. The Alto Room, the newest addition to the Rhythm Factory, offers mirrored walls, a state-of-the-art sound system, and LED lighting. It has a maximum capacity of 80 people
Services Offered
Wedding events hosted by Rhythm Factory include engagement parties, showers, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and receptions. Elopements are also welcomed here. From the moment couples rent this space, they have access to the team's event planning staff and vendor referrals, from DJs to bartenders. In-house designer Terrace Butler is on hand to create a custom decor package for each couple, helping them to bring their vision to life. She meets with to-be-weds for an initial consultation to discuss their ideas for their wedding's look. Chiavari chairs, tables, lighting and sound equipment, glassware, and linens come as standard with wedding packages. Setup and cleanup can also be taken care of by the venue's staff.
