We fell in love with this company from our very first call with them. We were a little hesistant at first, because of a couple bad reviews that we read, but all of the others were 5star! Our venue and wedding planner referred Rickochet Entertainment. So we trusted their referral, becuase they see all the vendors that they want to work with. Then we had an amazing call with Rick and Jodi the management staff. They were so transparent, honest and caring about our wedding day on that first call. They also had mentioned that they had a DJ staff member attached to those bad reviews and that is not an employee anymore. We loved there online client portal, and we picked and customize our wedding playlist. We had 3 extensive calls and web chat calls with them. They were so helpful on those calls with suggestions. It truly shows all of their experience that they have, and they were their for us through the whole wedding planning experience. They are very detailed and prepared! They did such an amazing job, and all of our guests are still talking about dancing all night! We also had the photo booth package. It was so much fun and we have so many pictures and memories from our wedding night!!! Thank you for everything Rickochet!!!

We were blown away by the awesomeness that was the music at our wedding! We loved working with Rick and his team in putting together a timeline and playlists for the different segments of our big day. He is a true professional and kept the party moving seamlessly even as we had a couple moment-of changes as the night went on (wedding schedule changes happen, of course). Everyone loved the music and dancing the night away, and people kept coming up to us to tell us how much fun the music and DJ was! We also had the photo booth and that was a perfect addition - we will treasure those fun photos forever, and guests loved accessorizing and taking funny pictures together. Highly recommend Rick and his team! And double points for working with Rick at the Shupe Homestead venue, they have worked together in the past and worked together so well we didn't have to worry about anything the day of. Ten star experience!

Rick, is a super nice guy. He's been doing this for a while and knows what he's doing. His advice on some details were very helpful. We benefited from his knowledge and expertise. He read the room/ dance floor and made sure to change the mood. Our wedding was great and our family & friends complimented/ appreciated his work.
