The very friendly chef Tony Areces, chef and owner of Roots and Rincon Caterers, located at 14 calle Progreso, on the outskirts of the plaza de Rincon, offers a creative, fresh and contemporany cuisine.

After years of working in the kitchens of restaurants here in the island and overseas, Tony went into the entrepreneurial world and started his own restaurant and catering branch, Roots and Ricon Caterers. Nine years later, the restaurant and catering menus are still evolving, inspired by his travels and adventures, but retaining the essence of the beginning
