RIOT ON THE SET Events is a professional DJ service in Baltimore, Maryland, for weddings and precious milestones. With a repertoire of hundreds of chart-topping tracks, you and your soon-to-be spouse are in for an unmatched party experience.
I am a proud University of Maryland alum (GO TERPS!) and dad of two young men. I have lost count of the years, but I’ve always been an avid music lover and creator that likes to produce and dj. After exploring and building upon my craft, I decided to open Riot On The Set in 2020. Under ROTS there’s a collective ranging from a community of fellow creatives, print and media, as well as event planning.
Although we’re new to The Knot and Wedding Wire, rest assured I have over ten years of experience working on special occasions like yours!

A Master of the Music Craft
Having a DJ who has a great appreciate for music, of all genres was important to me. Anybody can put a playlist together but to really understand music and create an experience is another. I've know DJ AYYYE ONE since college and so I knew he was the only one I could trust to DJ.
If I was going to be a bridezilla for anything, it was going to be about the music. I'm known for my love for music so it had to be on point. I had high expectations of what I wanted. No surprise, AYYYE ONE and I were in sync with everything. When it came to venue logistics, he was flexible and made sure to ease my concerns. He didn't need any extra direction. These were all signs of his experience which gave me extra reassurance.
From the start of the reception, I had many guests ask me where I found the DJ and how to get a hold of the playlist. They were blown away by the music played and he had people on the dance floor the ENTIRE night. DJ AYYYE ONE did amazing job vibing off the energy of the room. Even days after the wedding, people were still talking about him.
I will forever be grateful for DJ AYYYE ONE. I HIGHLY recommend his services.
