Rob Vasquez is unprofessional and a liar. We used his videography service for our Wedding. After 3 months of stalling he provided me with a standard definition edit of my wedding video. The wedding contract stipulated for all videos to be in high definition. Also, he did not provide the short edited version that was listed in the contract nor the raw videos. Each attempt to contact him afterwards for the missing videos and high definition edit were met with lies and more stalling. He would promise me them "in a couple of weeks" or "tomorrow/later today". Weeks would pass by and he would never deliver. After a while, he started to screen my phone calls so I had to call him from different numbers just to contact him. I hired a lawyer to send him a Demand Letter stating what items were missing and the actions I would take if they were not delivered. He did not respond to this letter so I filed a Small Claims action against him in Nassau County. Weeks later he would finally provided me with JUST the high definition edit of the original video he provided me. Roberto Vazquez has no regards for the law, contractual obligations and least of all his customers. Do yourself a favor and just stay away. - Unhappy Bride
