Rocket Photo Booth was indeed eye-catching with their prices but as the saying goes, "You get what you pay for." Their prices are really appealing so We went ahead and booked it, thinking we got a good deal for a photo booth. First off, if you hare having your wedding at a military facility such as Admiral Kidd in San Diego, BE CAUTIOUS. Our venue's rules conflicted with the photo booth vendor's policies in giving information to the base for access. We were able to get the vendor in but I wanted to just give a word of caution.

The quality of the photos from the photo booth are decent. The photos they have advertised in their site are a but misleading unless you get a different package from the special they offered. In our package, I chose to have a scrapbook for our guests to write in and post a copy of their photos in for memories. That scrapbook was no where in sight, which was a big disappointment. When I asked the attendant, he said that we would get a small photo album, which was not what I ordered in the package. Also, the attendant came unprepared to cut the photos. I was told by guests that they were asked if they had scissors. Really!? They should come prepared for events like these. Also, it is somewhat difficult to get a hold of these guys. You would have to call at certain times to get a hold of someone I would suggest 10AM).

We did get digital copies of the photos taken from the photo booth, but I was not 100% satisfied with this vendor. Although the service was rendered, the attended being unprepared and the quality of the photos not being that great pushes me to give this vendor a not-so-great score.

I just got married a month ago. When I booked with this company for my wedding, they were called Rocket Booths. It looks like since then, they have changed their name to Photo Booth Rock. Anyway, I booked them a year out from my wedding (they had the cheapest prices around... and now in hindsight I know why. It is easy to keep costs down when you don't actually show up to fulfill a service), paid them in full. Then the week of the wedding, my wedding coordinator called me to tell me that they cannot reach the photo booth company. I had been emailing back and forth with George (the owner?) for almost a year, and confirmed the month before the wedding through email with him that he would be there. The week of the wedding he stopped returning my calls and emails, as well as the calls and emails of my wedding coordinator, my friends, and my family. And of course, they no showed for my wedding. I was pretty bummed to not have a photo booth at my wedding, since I was really looking forward to it. but at least his lack of returning our calls and emails gave me a heads up that he would probably not be showing up. Needless to say, will be filing a law suit, and reporting them to the BBB. Please do not use this company.

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP TO MY WEDDING!

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I can't really even rate them since they didn't bother showing up to my WEDDING! We booked and paid in full in February, completed there form in March and heard nothing else from them. I contacted them 5-10 times the wedding week and received one email saying someone would call me, but that never happened. The wedding day came and they never showed, called, emailed, or made any contact. They have sense ignored every call I have made, email I have sent. My parents are having to dispute the fee with the credit card company. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I hope review scares everyone away.
