Rue Cler Cake Design is a wedding cake specialist based out of Seattle, Washington. The artist behind these sugary masterpieces is Taylor Neumeister, a talented pastry chef, she has a passion for artistic designs and scrumptious baked goods. After graduating from Loyola University Chicago, Taylor attended a French pastry school in Chicago from which she graduated with honors. A strong love for travel meant that Taylor was always discovering new places, as well as new skills and recipes. Having completed her Diplôme de Pâtisserie in Paris and a number of international internships, Taylor was ready to open Rue Cler.
