Ruth Drennan Cakes is based in Raleigh, NC and specializes in producing beautiful, bespoke wedding cakes, special occasion cakes, dessert tables, and edible favors for the most discerning clients in the US and abroad. Destination weddings are a particular favorite!

A graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City, Chef Ruth has been designing wedding cakes for almost twenty years and is renowned for creating cakes your guests will actually enjoy eating! In addition to starring in the first season of WE TV's "Amazing Wedding Cakes" alongside her former business partner, her Cameo Rose cake was named one of Brides Magazine's "Most Beautiful Cakes in America," and her work has been featured in every major bridal magazine and website.

When her business was located in New York City, Ruth's cakes graced weddings at some of the most exclusive and luxurious venues, and top NYC event planners, including David Tutera and those working for the St. Regis, The Plaza, and the Mandarin Oriental, regularly referred their clients to her.
