Sally wedding dress did an excellent job making my wedding dress and one of my flower girl's dresses. I asked them to change the colors that were featured in the original design of the wedding dress I chose, and they made it exactly the way I asked. However, I ordered two flower girl's dresses- different styles. One of the flower girl's dresses (though all three dresses were ordered together) arrived one month late, and I was very disappointed to see that it was not made well, and some of the colors specified in the order were not used. I am of the belief that this dress was not made by the same person, since the other two were very well made. I had to return the dress at my expense since I wasn't happy with it, and I received a full refund. At my wedding, I received compliments about my dress all evening from my guests and even from the DJ and caterer!!!!! The cons about ordering from Sally Wedding Dress is that you cannot try-on or see the dress until it is complete and shipped to you, so therefore you have to ensure that your measurements are correct, and you specify what you want when ordering.

Other than that, I must say that they were very responsive when it came to communication via email. I would still recommend them to anyone who would is looking for a beautiful gown at a reasonable price. Order way ahead of time, so in case there should be a problem, you will have sufficient time to have it solved.
