Salon 61 is the newest private event space from Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, located in Chicago's River North neighborhood at 61 W. Hubbard Street. This chic new venue, perfect for hosting weddings, rehearsal dinners, and social events will offer guests an opportunity to curate a menu for their next event that features the best of Lettuce Entertain You, including signature dishes across several Lettuce brands such as RPM Seafood, Sushi-san and more.

Salon 61 offers 3,900 square feet of space and can accommodate parties of up to 125 guests for a seated event or 300 for a cocktail-style reception. The venue features two large rooms, each with unique decor and character. The Library, perfect for a cocktail hour, welcome drinks and more, offers an intimate setting with warm, wood-paneled walls and coffered cherry wood ceilings.

Guests can then move into The Atrium room which features a fully vaulted glass ceiling and large operable windows that overlook the historic courthouse building across Hubbard Street. A charcoal gray and white harlequin marble floor enhances the timeless elegance of the space, while a pair of grand crystal chandeliers accentuate the light and airy atmosphere. In addition to a mobile bar, Salon 61 also offers AV/ IT capabilities.

Salon 61 is dedicated to collaborating with you to curate a tailored menu for any occasion, from cocktail or plated, to family-style or live stations. The menu showcases favorite dishes from various Lettuce Entertain You restaurants, offering interactive experiences such as an RPM Steak carving station, an RPM Seafood Raw Bar, a signature Sushi-san handroll bar, and more. Additionally, Salon 61 provides the option to enhance your event with drink stations and customizable bar packages.
