During our initial discussion, we told Seema our budget and she said she can make it happen. So, we placed an order through Etsy.

Seema made a lot of changes to our order while designing it, which we took as her taking extra interest and care in making our invitations, and we were very excited about it.

She had elephants drawn, which we would have preferred to be not-as-thin, but she kept insisting that it is fine and did not make any changes. This is just one example of her way of doing business.

Further, due to oversight on her part, the invitations were delayed by almost 2 weeks. When we requested to send the cards by overnight shipping (and were willing to pay for it) to make up a few of those days, she responded with "I will get back to you" and the next thing we know, she cancelled our order without our knowledge or permission. She called us demanding and said she could not work with us anymore. My fiancee and I had to literally beg her to complete our order. Still, she said she will send the cards in whatever condition they are in at that time and not finish the order (but take off $100 off the total price). Her texts were extremely rude and not based on any facts. In fact, I have texts to prove that her claims are untrue.

After further begging from us, she completed our order, but invoiced us out of Easy, which is where we placed our initial order. We believe she did that so we cannot leave her a review there.

When we finally got the cards, over 50% of them were in a bad condition - torn gold foil, cards not folded correctly, foil not stuck on cards correctly. We can to fix each of these cards before we could send them out, which delayed us even further.

Take it from a bride - please stay away from this seller. This is not the type of things we need to deal with while planning a huge wedding. Not to mention, working with unethical businesses always leaves a sour taste in what should really be the best experience of our lives!
