Save the Date Rentals & Events, Inc. offers our couples chair, arbor, and table rentals for their wedding or event in Wanchese, North Carolina. We specialize in beach setups. Our company will set up, breakdown, rake the area, and make sure that chairs stay clean and dry for the ceremony! We offer packages as well as individual item rentals (we do have a minimum price). We also offer day-of-coordinating services to help our couples create the wedding of their dreams.

Working with a wedding planner was something that I know we needed the day of but was so nervous as to who we could trust on our big day. Save the Date Rentals and Events came highly recommended and I am SO glad they did. We hired them for "day of planning" services, but it was way more than just that. I spoke with Stevie a few weeks into wedding planning and she made sure I knew she was available at any time for questions, recommendations, concerns. I always felt that I could text her with the smallest details questions and she was always more than happy to help/respond. She would reach out every so often just to make sure we were on track with our ABC license, marriage license, etc. We started working closer together the month of the wedding. She was overly organized and made sure our Is were dotted and our Ts were crossed.
The day of the wedding, every single worry I had was out the door. Stevie and her team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to handle absolutely everything from a trolley hiccup all the way to packing up our DIY items at the end of the night. We forgot to snag our cards and instead of giving them to a guest or loading them up, Stevie took them home with her for us to pick up at her house. She wanted to make sure nothing happened to our gifts. All in all, I don't know where you will find a better planner or rental company. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone even debating on getting a planner.
