Sax Attack is a 4-piece band, with sax, guitar, bass and drums. We play a variety of classic rock (not the head-banging stuff), jazz, funk, Motown, dance and blues. People will dance. You'll know the songs you hear but its more exciting with the sax. Sax Attack has some of the best players in town, and features Stephen Leonard on Sax. He was part of the Mike Pinera Band(of Iron Butterfly, Blues Image - ("Ride Captain Ride" and Alice Cooper), and performed with Pat Travers. He has played at Cruzan Amphitheater, South Florida Fair, Roger Dean Stadium, the Maltz Dinner Theater, Queen Mary British Pub, New York Bar & Grill, Tiki 52, and the Blue Note, among others. His band was voted "best local band" by The Palm Beach Post readers, and has opened for the Doobie Brothers, The Byrds, Tito Puente Jr and Tony Cruz.
