Scott did an amazing job with my wedding photography for a very affordable price. He was super responsive any time I reached out to him and in the days leading up to the wedding he stayed in touch to make sure we were on the same page for photography plans. He got the pictures back to my husband and I in just a week! I could not be happier with how they turned out. Scott is truly amazing at what he does. I definitely would recommend using him as your wedding photographer!

We had Scott do our wedding photos and he was fantastic. He was very professional and you can tell he is a seasoned wedding photographer with his knowledge of situations/things that most people wouldn't think of during a wedding. He did a great job making use of the time that we were hiding from the rain on our wedding day (it of course started raining right when we went out to get photos around beautiful downtown Oberlin)- he did such a great job that the photos we were hiding from the rain ended up being some of our favorites. He is very affordable, especially when in comparison with some of the other photographers we talked to in the area, while sacrificing nothing on quality. Thanks Scott!

I heard about Scott when he did our friends’ engagement pictures and then wedding. I am truly convinced that our wedding day was a success because of him. Scott is a quirky dude, but he keeps the atmosphere organized and productive. His duck noises to keep the kiddos smiling ended up making the adults laugh too. He’s never short of ideas for beautiful pictures, fun pictures, and memorable moments. Even the second photographer he booked for us was fantastic and I know got some awesome candid shots. He also will work with your unique ideas for pictures and moments, and put his own little spin on them to make them work.
Some things any brides should know about Scott: He will have 4-5 pictures edited and posted on Facebook THAT NIGHT. By the time we reached the hotel to check in, he already had pictures up for us to see. He’s great at keeping pictures running smoothly and will command the attention needed to get things moving. Our bridal party was NOT digging the location of our pictures despite many discussions with them months ahead of time letting them know that it was a bit of a hike (but totally worth it). Despite this, Scott worked with an area he was not familiar with and got some incredible shots.
When Scott did my friends’ wedding, there’s an infamous story where she ripped her dress and he sewed her back into it. He isn’t afraid to step out of his role as a photographer to just simply make sure things run smoothly for the bride and groom. He has done so many weddings that he can answer questions outside of just photography (like he instructed us on how to cut our cake for the cake cutting ceremony). He loves when you come to the table with fun ideas, and embraces them to make them special.
If I can sum Scott up in a few words—he is someone who under promises but over delivers. With our engagement shoot, he told us the pictures would be up within 3 weeks…we got them within the week.
