I had already planned everything else out to the minute - I just needed someone to make sure it all went off as I had planned, and didn't want to make a family member/MOH/bridesmaid do it for free as I really wanted my bridal party and guests to just enjoy the day. Arla and William were absolutely amazing. It was like having family members taking care of the "day of" details that the newlyweds shouldn't have to think about. They were helpful and professional in our meetings and emails and made us comfortable right away.
