History
This bucolic venue is steeped in history. With a farmhouse dating back to the 1840s, this site has had a number of owners in its time. By 1906, the property came into the ownership of the Fears siblings until 1964. This venue has always been a welcoming place, as the outbuilding couples now know as a guest house was used as an old-fashioned general store. As shown in the Morgan County deed book, the venue was already a famed destination by the dawn of the 20th century. As times changed, a run of owners attempted to revamp this property. Serious work began on the manor in 2009, transforming it into the marital hotspot couples know and love today.
