Founded by Jana and Doug Van Polen in 2002 their mission was to build a salon that would put the guest first. By developing a team of service providers, guest coordinators and spa therapists that had these same ideas in mind Serenity has become one of the premier salon spas in the Midwest.

At Serenity the team of artisans and therapists commit to Educate, Comminucate and Inspire at all times. Jana, a successful stylist, wanted to ensure that the Serenity team would continue to deliver the exceptional customer service that she built her career on. By offering in salon education, bringing in talent from around the world to educate their team the Van Polens deliver a level of service unlike others offered in the area.
