We provide full service event catering in the Hudson Valley, from large scale weddings and parties to intimate dinners in your home. We pride ourselves on our award-winning food, sourced from many local Hudson Valley farms, we are dedicated to sourcing quality, fresh and seasonal ingredients for your dinner.
We provide services from start to finish, tailored menus, and customized beverage lists for any size event. We also offer full Event Planning Services, and day of and partial planning packages. From a 250 person wedding, or a private dinner party, we can handle every detail. We provide full staffing, and services from event rental coordination- set up and clean up.
Our packages are customatizable and seasonal, artfully designed and prepared by Award Winning Chef Dan Silverman. We serve most events family style, as we curate intimate family dinners for your day. Bar packages at various price levels to suite your budget, we work with our Beverage Manager to create a package that will give your guests a roaring time. His and Her cocktails, bubbly toasts, local craft beer and wine.
