Michelle has been creating my grandchildren's themed birthday cakes for 5 years. Her character creations are spot on and decoration is amazing. My grandchildren, family and friends are WOWED!! I am also very impressed but I and all the other adults are most impressed with the flavor and moistness of her cakes. I have eaten countless professional bakery cakes over the years and I have never tasted any that match the quality of flavor and texture of Michelle's cakes.
