Sherah's Wedding Coordination is based in Deltona, Florida. My job as your wedding coordinator is to take the burden and stress off your shoulders by being your vendor’s point of contact on your big day to ensure your vision is executed just how you want. I’m your eyes, ears, hands, feet, and mouth while you’re enjoying your special day. I will create your wedding day timeline, I will coordinate your rehearsal, I will manage your vendors on the big day, & I will take care of the inevitable hiccups so that you don’t have to!

-Establish and maintain contact with all vendors to confirm and verify contracts, timeline, and all details.

-Help direct guests to ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception site(s)
-Assistance with distribution of personal flowers to relatives and bridal party members in the procession
-Manage set up, linens, and placement of personal décor as needed
-Distribute vendor’s final payments and tips on wedding day
-Assist with packing up personal items at end of event
