I love cakes and I have a very high standard for cakes. So when it's time to decide on cakes for our wedding, we took the time and visited various different cake vendors and valued on their price and design. Some are delicious, but very pricy. For a 100 person wedding, every vendor wanted to charge $600 and above! We love Shills Bakery and we decided to gave it a try. We flipped through their wedding design binder and found one we love. It was only $300 and included delivery because our wedding was in the free delivery range. We chose strawberry cream and mocha flavour for different tiers. We were slightly worried about how is it going to turn out because there were some language barriers. But the wedding day come and everything was delivered on time and the cake looked and tasted absolutely amazing! It was not too sweet like we wanted. The design was elegant and beautiful.

We wanted a wedding cake that wasn't too sweet and wasn't overpriced. Our cake was delicious and they were prompt with delivery. We got fresh cream icing, so the cake had to kept cool and couldn't sit out on display or too long on the frosting would melt. I was very happy with the final result.

We ordered a 4-layer wedding cake from Shilla. You will be surprised at the quality of the cake for the price you pay. Their cake is on point yet the price is very reasonable. They just charge you for the entire cake, instead of by # of pieces. The manager offered a free tasting of all 4 flavors we were interested and we ended up getting two layers of vanilla with raspberry jam and two layers of mocha. The only drawback would be that they don't have many designs to choose from. But if you just want simple design for your wedding cake like mine, it's not a problem. I wanted 2 layers of horizontal lines and 2 layers of polka dots and the cake came out perfect. They even did the cake decoration for free with silk flowers I brought them a few days before our wedding. The delivery was done in a timely manner as well. I highly recommend Shilla for your wedding cake!
