Hi I'm Ashley,
The one behind the lens here at Shining Light Family Photography. When I'm not working you can find me in the mountains, at a farmers market, homeschooling my wild boys, chasing my friends through the sand dunes, listening to a personal development books, crafting, or working on my craft and I guarantee there is always a camera close by. As a child I would beg my mom to drag the tupperware of family photos out from under the stairs so that I could spend hours looking at younger versions of my parents and grandparents. I would ask questions about details of when and what was happening. It was so important to me to have those memories and time sharing the stories behind each picture. After my own experience with having professional family portraits taken, it became my life mission to make beautifully preserved memories a possibility for anyone and budget.
