Shira's services as a day-of-coordinator were indispensable in making our wedding day run smoothly and wonderfully. She is organized, down-to-earth, and experienced. She let us make our wedding our own and didn't pressure us into changing things, but did let us know when she had suggestions for how to do things more easily. She helped us with our planning and final preparation, and then kept everything on track on the wedding day. It was such a relief to know that everyone could turn to Shira when they had questions, so we could enjoy our day without stressing about details. She is worth it!

They helped us with setup & tear-down, finished last-minute DIY projects, scripted and MC’d the reception, kept everything on schedule & running smoothly, & added thoughtful extra touches that coordinated perfectly with our vision! Her lighting design was the perfect way to illuminate the space while maintaining the beautiful natural environment.

Shira really is a great event coordinator, but she feels like an old friend now. She always knew just what to say when we were stressed with wedding planning & often times took on the issue with a smile. She’s also incredibly thoughtful & generous. I remember when both of our families were late to help us unpack & setup the day before the wedding. She came to help as soon as she heard & brought us sandwiches since we hadn’t had time to eat lunch.

Shira also had several creative ideas to help make our wedding unique. We got engaged last Christmas & she recommended that we decorate the pine tree growing naturally next to our reception space in honor of our engagement story. She also created a beautiful memory tree to honor our loved ones that had passed with old photographs. These were beautiful details that we loved & our guests have raved about.

Shira’s passion for weddings combined with her organization, vendor coordination, excellent communication skills, & attention to detail make her worth far more than the rates she charges. Shira is truly a one-of-a kind wedding planner. She is super chill, easy to get along with, accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for her clients (e.g., hitting up local stores for wedding accoutrements). We wanted a 'atraditional' wedding, and Shira was the only wedding planner we talked with who didn't want to stick to a 'script' and who could actually comprehend that we wanted something different.
