Lesley Murphy, an executive assistant to Democratic strategist Paul Tewes at the Eye Street firm New Partners, is set to be a contestant on the 17th season of ABC’s “The Bachelor,” according to Reality Steve, a website devoted to reality TV. Reality Steve describes Murphy as a lobbyist.

ABC won’t confirm or deny Murphy’s participation, but Reality Steve’s founder, Steve Carbone, writes to POLITICO, “She’s definitely on the show. There’s another ‘Leslie’ (spelled differently) on the show, which I guess is why Lesley Murphys picture is missing from ABCs list of girls. The other Leslie is shown twice.”
