East Fork Ranch is a 44 acre estate that borders the Carson River and has unlimited, unobstructed views of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. East Fork Ranch has an historic barn with cement flooring - no dust issues! Our rustic chic barns also has a beautiful crystal chandelier for that little splash of bling.

Parking for your guests is on the property...up to 1000 guests. There are several meadows that are perfect for ceremony or additional space for tenting. The back grass area has a calming water feature. There are so many staging and venue options with East Fork Ranch...

Sagebrush Meadow is going through some very exciting renovations at the moment. Planned for 2016 is the "barn" which will hold up to 150. The Beer Garden is a perfect staging area for the bar. The Victorian charm of this property shines as you walk through the white picket fence into the garden. This 5 acre property has parking onsite for 40 cars while the rest of your guests can be shuttled in from the nearby park.
