Initially founded in 2002 by Teal Triolo, the bakery has become the beating heart of this small valley river community, serving locally roasted coffee, breakfast and lunch Thursday through Monday. Sierra Rizing is renowned for their cake design expertise, decorating one-of-a-kind custom cakes to fit into any budget.

Informally trained and inspired by my Grandmother's home cooking. Later went on to achieve a more school of Hard Knox approach of baking in San Francisco at Postrio with Wolf Gang Puck, Stars with Jerimiah Towers, Square One with Joyce Goldstein. After missing my small town roots, I left San Francisco with the knowledge I had gained to open my own bakery cafe. This quaint little river community welcomed me with opened arms which I am proud to call home.
