Located on the very top of Bent Mountain and overlooking Roanoke, Virginia, Silver Hearth Lodge (SHL) is the ONLY private mountain top wedding venue in the entire southeast. The private and gated venue has been hosting ONLY weddings/receptions since 2010 (April - November), and it is known for its "refined rustic" amenities, ease of setup/takedown, cost-conscious pricing, and most of all for its endless mountain top views of pure nature. The wedding campus features a BIG red "barn-inspired" reception hall (with its own Starbucks featured coffee bar), an elegant bridal suite and grooms cabin, Virginia's smallest church, a Native American fire circle, on-site parking, and 2 kennel cabins to accommodate your 4 legged family members. Just in case Mother Nature comes a knocking during your wedding ceremony, SHL has a flawless rain plan..."we leave nothing to chance on your BIG DAY." At night time, guests have described the venue as magical..." an adult Disney World for weddings."
