Ramona was one of several planners recommended by our venue for my daughters wedding. From the first phone call both my daughter and I were sold.
Our venue only required a “day of” planner but she was available to us from the first day forward. She was quick to respond to every text , answered every silly question we had, made great recommendations while also being completely open to our ideas as well and willing to change on a dime. . She is experienced, professional, kind and very creative!!
On the day of the wedding, all we had to do was show up with our items in a box, and she made the magic happen!! It was more beautiful than I could imagine.
Choosing Ramona made all day of and all planning run smooth and mostly she gave us the confidence we needed. She was just as excited as we were to see it all come together !!

We hired Ramona as our “day of coordinator” and it was the best decision we made! Although we didn’t hire her for full wedding planning, she was available every step of the way to answer any questions we had, recommendations we needed, or second opinion. We never felt like a burden, she was so encouraging and constantly putting our minds at ease. She has a long history of working with various vendors and helped us get some of the best and save some money along the way too!
As the day approached, we realized the answer to every task was “Ramona will do it.” At the rehearsal walkthrough I started thinking of ALL the things that fell to Ramona and had no idea how she and her assistant were going to actually tackle every single task we needed on that day but somehow they did it- and it was better than we could have imagined! She gave me a walkie talkie on the morning of for annything we needed and I felt like a queen. I didn’t have to stress at all, and it was all because I knew I had the best! She managed to wear so many hats throughout the day and crushed every single one! We had such an amazing wedding celebration and I couldn’t get over how blessed we were to have her! It was the best money we spent, she was worth every penny (and more!). I cannot recommend her enough!

Ramona was a joy to work with. Our couple was worried about what to do for decor and found Simple Country. They had just about everything our couple was looking for and what a great event it was. We had no problems with communication, promptness, details, quality and value with SCW, and that’s exactly what we look for as planners. We’re excited to work with SCW again in the near future.
