I have been going to Cassee at Simple Hair and Skin for my hair for a few years. I knew she did makeup too but had never really had a reason to get it done. When I got engaged, I was excited to finally get some professional makeup done for my engagement photos and my wedding. I showed her pictures of hair and makeup that I thought was pretty and let her decide what would work for me. The airbrush makeup she used was amazing. I am usually very oily but for my wedding I was running around all day on a pretty warm day taking pictures and my makeup stayed flawless. She even sent me off with a goody bag for touchups. She did my hair in a beautiful soft updo that stayed in place all day as well. What I liked is that I still looked like myself, just a really pretty version of myself. She also did a spray tan for me 2 days before the wedding. I had never done one before but it came out so natural and gave me a nice bridal glow. I felt absolutely beautiful my entire wedding day. Cassee herself is so fun and easy to get along with. She knows what she is doing and is super prepared. We did a couple of trials beforehand, so on my wedding day everything went smoothly. Cassee even traveled about an hour to my hotel suite where I was staying and also did a beautiful job on my 3 bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother-in-law. I understand now why celebrities have their own personal hair and makeup artists and I wish she could do mine every day!
