I initially set up an appointment with Douglas to discuss services. He had his wife call the following day saying he needed to reschedule. He them proceeded to call and email repeatedly, making inappropriate comments about he couldn't understand why I hadn't called him back or responded (all within 24 hours of the original call). I let him know that I had been busy at work and needed to get together with my fiance to come up with another date we could get together. His response was snarky, rude, upsetting and inappropriate. I would never recommend him based on our interactions! Completely unprofessional!
