We offer planning, designing, and execution of weddings and special events. No event is too big or too small. The president and founder, Mrs. Victoria Lawson, is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is a graduate of Penn Foster Career School with certification in the Professional Bridal Consultant Program. She is a member of The Association of Bridal Consultant (ABC) as a Professional Bridal Consultant (PBC). Simply Divine Weddings and Events, LLC is certified as a Sandals and Beaches Resort Specialist to provide you with consultation on planning your honeymoon to the island of your dreams. Sandals and Beaches offer 14 resorts on five exotic Caribbean islands and we can assist you with this process to ensure hassle free reservations. Simply Divine is an authorized dealer of Birchcraft/Carlson Craft Invitations and Weddingstar Favors and Accessories. In addition to the Penn Foster Program, Mrs. Lawson has completed 44 hours to gain her Event Management Certificate from Prince George's Community College. Some classes included Wedding Coordination I and II, The Business of Weddings, Parties for Every Occasion, and Working with Hotels. Mrs. Lawson also wrote an article for the September 2010 newsletter for the DC/MD Chapter of The Association of Bridal Consultant. Simply Divine offers a variety of services ranging from a 1 hour FREE consultation, hourly research, wedding and event planning, honeymoon planning, invitatons, and favors/accessories.
