Founder and owner Chef John Soppe has over 25 years of experience in catering events. His expertise ensures that you and your guests are in good hands throughout the day. Whatever your wedding food vision, Sixchips Catering will make it happen.
In addition to serving wedding couples, John enjoys filling the air with the rich aromas of BBQ on his trailer smoker. He's grilled and smoked meats at corporate functions, family celebrations, and community events, as well as outdoor weddings.
Gina has over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, from teaching recreational cooking classes to creating memorable experiences for guests as a tasting room manager, bartender, and wine retailer.
At Sixchips Catering, Gina manages the front of house services, logistics, social media accounts, and other administrative operations. She is also often in the kitchen with Chef John on event days helping with prep and on location creating Sixchips' signature charcuterie mirror displays. Her efficient organization and attention to detail ensures that wedding couples enjoy their special day.
