With more than 12 years in the culinary profession, Chef Nick Nolan is the owner of Society Cuisine, a wedding catering business located in Paso Robles, California. He created his business from the idea that food is something that brings people together, no matter their race, ethnicity, or culture. He wants to bring people together over common ground and cuisine, using cuisine that is both familiar and new.

Society Cuisine works hard to provide couples with a memorable, unique offering. They tailor each menu to the couple’s tastes, supplying a tasting before the big day to ensure everything is up to a couple’s standards. If dietary needs are an issue, Society Cuisine offers gluten-free, lactose-free, no pork, kosher, nut-free, organic, vegan, and vegetarian options. The serving styles they can accommodate include buffet, family style, French service, plated, and stations. Hors d’oeuvres at a cocktail reception can also be provided, as well as cake cutting at the reception for a cake supplied from another bakery. In addition to delivery, set up, and clean up, they have an inventory of chairs, tables, barware, china, flatware, glassware, and linens available for wedding use.
