When my (now husband) and I decided we wanted to get married in Napa I knew there was no way I could plan a destination wedding on my own so I began my search for a planner. I had spoken with a few different planners in the area but when I had my first initial conversation with Simone I knew she was my perfect wedding planning match! We shared a love for clean, elegant, cohesive design elements! We did a full wedding planning package and from the very start Simone was amazing and incredibly helpful. She is both professional and passionate about her job and she truly loves weddings and brings each couple's unique dreams to reality.

She was always quick to respond to my 1,000 emails and answer any question/concerns that I had and was always always there for me. The team of vendors she put together for us were fantastic and she knew exactly who we would mesh the best with and who could execute our wants and needs. During the planning Simone was always on top of things, she is organized, detail oriented, and the best problem solver I have ever met. The day of our wedding went flawlessly and I know Simone and her team were the ones making it happen! Everything came out perfectly it was more beautiful and amazing than I could have even imagined. Simone and her team were amazing that day and made sure everything went perfect for us and they even put up with my husband and his groomsmen chasing them during some great 80s tunes at the reception!

Throughout the year of planning our wedding there were many ups and downs in my life and the wedding planning process but every time Simone was there to lend a helping hand, give me advice, and sometimes just lend me an ear and listen to me getting everything off my chest. She was so much more than simply a wedding planner or hired hand, I could not imagine having done my wedding without her - she was truly a godsend!

If you are planning a wedding in the bay area there is not a better planner or just amazing person to work with.

As a 40-something, first-time bride and a working mom of a 3 year old, I didn't have a lot of spare time and energy to plan a wedding. My fiancé and I had already been living together and co-parenting 3 kids for over 2 years. Initially I didn't really perceive planning our would be wedding a big deal.

From our first meeting I quickly learned Simone has a solid background in event planning. She is professional, warm and someone I enjoyed spending time with. Even though we just met, Simone was determined to make my wedding night one of the best nights of my life. From this moment I knew I didn't need to interview other planners.

Simone was very generous with her insights as my fiance and I considered varied venues. She provided a solid framework to be able to evaluate the venues side-by-side. I felt very informed as I considered venues in the Napa Valley or ballrooms in San Francisco or along the Peninsula. I quickly understood the value I would get from retaining her to assist with booking all my vendors. There is no shortage of information on the Internet. But what Simone provided was first hand experience from working with quality, talented vendors. Her work doesn't stop once the contract with vendors is signed. At the day of the event Simone ensures her clients receive value from each vendor retained.

From our first meeting I knew I wanted a cohesive, modern, classic design. Her design aesthetic is impeccable. Simone, her team and the vendors we hired executed a stunning design in our venue. Every singe guest at our wedding commented the venue was stunning and a well executed event.

I got married on March 23rd in Yountville, CA. However, not only was I planning it from a distance because I live in NYC, but I had less than 3 months to do it. I contacted a few planners and of the even fewer who actually got back to me I liked Simone the BEST by far. Her enthusiasm and knowledge from the moment we first spoke was contagious and calming since I had NO idea what I was doing.
My wedding day prep was simply filled with spending time with my friends and my mom getting ready and drinking champagne and I can honestly say the biggest "stress" of the day was that my sister-in-law ran barely FIVE mins late!!
I know this was due to Simone's extensive planning, timeline and knowledge of how things should be organized/flow. That is saying a lot considering I never even met her until the day before and didn't meet her colleague, Britney, until the morning of my wedding.
Both of them were so warm and helpful to everyone not just in the bridal party, but to the entire guest list. Despite only having 38 people at the reception, we were never made to feel like the event was small and didn't need attention or wasn't as important as a more lavish event.
