Our founder and top pastry chef, Felicia Grasso, displays her baking and artistic talents by creating such deliciously whimsical pieces of "food" art.
Felicia is a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, NYC and has worked for renowned companies as the W Hotel, the legendary Royalton Hotel and the very popular Robbins Wolfe Eventeurs.
