I had an amazing experience at Sophies in London! I purchased my dress there and so did my whole bridal party (5 girls) as well as my mother. They were extremely helpful in suggesting dresses. I couldn't be happier with the dress I ended up with. They have a very large selection and were extremely helpful in showing me different styles to get an idea of what complimented my body best. The dress I ended up with is far better than I could've imagined and has many details that make it extra special! Voula is an amazing woman and was so kind, helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. She was so lovely to deal with in person and on the phone and helped me with any request or additional alteration I wanted in a very timely manner. When my belt arrived I wasn't totally thrilled with it, however Voula worked with me to come up with a design that would make it exactly as I imagined. Debora did an amazing job hand sewing pearls onto my belt to make my visions a reality! I cannot thank these two ladies enough. Jackie assisted my Mom in finding a dress that looks absolutely beautiful on her and is very special! There was a small imperfection on my Mom's dress when it arrived, however it was ordered in plenty of time and the ladies at Sophies were extremely helpful in fixing the issue in a very timely manner. Rather than trying to fix up the asymmetrical lace they promptly suggested it would be best to reorder the dress and had a new one in in two weeks. My mom looks stunning and she couldn't be happier with her dress. All five of my bridesmaids' dresses arrived and looked beautiful. Two girls got alterations done here as well and were very happy with how their dresses fit them now. I really cannot thank the entire team at Sophies enough. You've all been wonderful and extremely helpful throughout this entire process! We are all extremely happy with our dresses and you made the entire process stress free taking care of every tiny detail for us. Thank you!
