Facilities and Capacity
The Southern Mansion offers luxurious indoor and outdoor venue spaces for your wedding and reception. From the Victorian ballroom to the lush garden terrace, this home is perfect for intimate wedding and grand events. The bridal party makes its entrance from the ornate spiral staircase, then walks to the garden area for the ceremony and cocktail hour. The outdoor ceremony space is recommended, however an indoor ceremony can be accomodated, especially in bad weather. The Southern Mansion has a large dining hall with beautiful glass window to offer a garden view. A separate room os provided for music and dancing during the reception. Up to 150 guests are invited to join you at the Southern Mansion for your romantic evening. Before the wedding, the couple is provided a luxury master suite for pre-wedding preparation. The bridal suite can also be rented the night before.

Services Offered
The Southern Mansion offers several wedding packages to complete your planning process. They provide on-site catering (cakes and bar not provided), as well as table and chair set up, custom decor, cake cutting set and service, and bar arrangements. Catering menus are specially designed from the Southern Mansion’s award-winning culinary team, and can be customized to include vegan, vegetarian, and special diet needs. You will be paired with a wedding coordinator to ensure every detail of your wedding day goes exactly as planned. The Southern Mansion also has an on-site wedding officiant, who can perform religious and secular weddings, and civil unions.
